We have a unique programme to help those struggling with independent living, tailored to each individual case. We work with the forgotten people in society to lift them back up and give them the tools needed to rebuild their lives. Our service users have helped mould and shape the support we offer as we tailor the help unique to each individual. We work with the local council, homeless charities and the prison service, finding those individuals that are ready to embark on their recovery and engage with our support. We can support the homeless, ex-offenders, domestic violence victims, recovering addicts and those with special needs and learning difficulties.
Sometimes having a listening ear can make a huge difference - we can provide case workers to our clients to help them through their personal struggles, providing methods to cope with difficult situations and work through troubled past experiences
Our services provide a safe and secure place to call home. We aim to promote independent living by offering the support that is needed to allow each person to grow and develop. Motivating them to move forward in a positive direction
We offer group sessions and motivational workshops to inspire and promote a healthy lifestyle. Our workshops can teach essential independent living skills such as cooking, cleaning and financial budgeting
We can help our clients to access the correct support for their unique situation. Often the benefit system can be confusing we can help to explain what benefits are available and ensure all support that is available is received
Having an address to base from can in itself help with work options, we also aim to encourage positive reintroductions into paid work. We can help find volunteering opportunities to give back to the community and learn valuable skills
Our dedicated addiction team support adults who are thinking about abstinence from drugs, alcohol, or substitute medications, and those who are taking active steps towards it. We don’t provide clinical treatment (such as detox programs), but we can help you contact other agencies that do.
Discover Elevating Live's Safehouse – Safeguarding Referrals, a secure haven providing round-the-clock protection and support during challenging times. Our compassionate team provides 24/7 care, personalised to meet individual needs. Residents become part of a closely-knit community, enjoying not only comprehensive assistance but also a nurturing environment that fosters well-being, independence, and an enhanced quality of life.
Our Low Supported Accommodation, provides individuals a secure and welcoming home with tailored support for daily living tasks. We encourage independence while fostering a sense of community and well-being.
These homes, overseen by dedicated 24/7 staff, serve as a vital step for Service Users transitioning from psychiatric in-patient care to independent living within the community. They are also a refuge for those facing mental health crises and temporarily unable to live alone safely. Service users typically stay for up to two weeks during a crisis or up to one month when returning to community living from a hospital. Our primary focus is on collaborating with the Service User's multi-disciplinary team to address homecoming barriers and provide short-term interventions, or delivering specialized, tailored crisis interventions to support their mental health during challenging times.
These homes are diligently staffed around the clock by attentive professionals. They serve as temporary residences for Service Users in transition, often referred directly from psychiatric hospitals due to a lack of alternative living arrangements. Service users stay here briefly while suitable long-term placements are arranged.
Our primary objective is to provide practical support, acting as a bridge between professionals and service users. Those residing in these homes typically exhibit a degree of independence in their daily living skills and maintain stability in their mental well-being.
