Coronavirus IMPORTANT UPDATE

Dear Service Users,
We know many of you have concerns related to Coronavirus and might be worried about it. While
we want to continue to operate the service as normal, we are very mindful of your health and
wellbeing at this time.
At this point in time, our Organisation is open and is not closing. The advice from the Government
and Public Health England is that schools, education organisations and universities should remain
open. We remain committed to providing you with Our services.
However, we are in a constantly evolving situation. The latest information from the Government can
be found at www.gov.uk please check it regularly. We have also updated information on our
To MITIGATE the impact, The Government has issued NEW STAY AT HOME GUIDANCE FOR PEOPLE
WITH CONFIRMED/POSSIBLE CORONOVIRUS INFECTION.
We know that many of you may live with others who have health conditions and this is a worrying
time for you. It is important to stress that the current risk levels to individuals remains low. If you
feel for your health and wellbeing or those you live with is in danger, please REPORT TO YOUR
SUPPORT WORKER or TO OUR OFFICE.

If you have any concerns about your health relating to Coronavirus please follow Public Health
England advice and contact NHS 111. Please regularly check the advice on the
gov.uk website regarding travel.
We understand self-isolation may cause disruption to your wellbeing, but it is important to
understand the health and wellbeing of you and your fellow service users is our priority.

To protect yourself and others, please wash your hands with hot water and soap regularly and use
the hand sanitiser that will be provided. We have placed posters around the houses giving advice on
best hygiene practice for handwashing as well as advice on where to go for regular and up to date
information on Coronavirus.
